Vanetia M, To the BEST friends a person could ever have, Anthea Carmen, Lynn and Megan you guys are the best. You guys make going to school something I look forward too. All though we had our ups and downs (mostly ups and one major down-recently) we have never forgotten what true friendship really means. I pray that nothing will ever come between us (not even guys, ok ?!?) (Glitta Babes-forever) Melinda I met a guy 6 years ago and we became best friends quick. 2 years after we met though, his dad got transferd to Texas, a long ways away from Ohio, and we lost contact. My Junior year in high school I found his email address online and emailed him. We started up just where we left off. Who would have thought that two people living so far apart could bond so quickly. As always, we started as good friends. We were there for each other in anything and everything. Sam, he was two years younger to me. Well, age was never an issue between the both of us. Anyhow, I was getting married in another 6 months and it was then that we realized we had fallen in love. Although we didn't know when exactly it happened. But things weren't the same.....as we knew our "new found relationship" wouldn't last for long. Everytime we met, we used to have conversations about why we had to fall in love when we weren't going to stay together for long. It helped us to keep a distance but didn't help us to stop loving each other. The more days we spent together, the more stressful our relationship got. Finally, I got married and had to leave Sam forever. I was expected not to stay in touch with him [as my husband had an idea of what was happening between us]. I thought it would help me forget him in one way. But things became worse.....distance didn't seem to heal or help forget. I just couldn't stop thinking of him. There were times when I used to think that we would have been better off being just friends. But it was a late thought. After months when I finally got a chance to see him, I was so worried whether I would let him know that I still had feelings for him. I had this strange feeling that our relationship was strained and also seemed surprisingly formal. And I knew it's never going to be the same between me and Sam. At that moment I was willing to do anything to gain back my friendship. Although I knew I can't turn back time. I really don't know if I'm to be blamed for having lost a good friend .....and a great friendship. Anon> Where once I was a clenched fist,she offered her hand making me open up to hold her's. Abigail Rebecca, For years I prayed to God to give me a friend. Someone who would like me for me and be there when I needed some one to listen, a shoulder to cry on and to have fun with. Then one day when I thought the world had ended I met you. You lifted me up and stopped me from hitting rock bottom and know it is my turn to help you as you have helped me and you still are. I will always be here for you no matter what happens! God didn't send me a friend, he sent me the sister I always wanted and the angel I needed to help me through life. Ever since then, our friendship was continued to grow. Having geometry together in '00 gave us a chance to really become the best of friends. Little did we know this whole time we were both crushing on each other. Now we are together and I hope it lasts a long time. You are the best friend I could ever have. She use to come to my house & we would do many things. There is another girl name Angelia her and me don't get along. Sarah now ignores me because she started hanging out with Angelia and it really hurts so I started hanging around Kirstin & Charity. Then she took me to the Guidance Councilor 3 months later and told her she was concerned with our friendship so we had to have a meeting! In the end Kirstin & Charity were my true friends and the person who I trusted most now doesn't exist in my subconscience. So know who your true friends are. They might pop up in the most unexpected places! Angie Yvette A Nevarez On March 24, 2000 I met Lacie. I had no idea how close we would become in less than a year. She is my best friend in Christ and I would not be the person I am if it weren't for her. She gets me to do crazy things and have fun, while I help keep her head on straight. I love you Lacie. Luv Luv, eve Anon I have this one friend who i just met about 5 months ago. And in those few months she and I have become really close. She makes me laugh unending and never disappoints me in what ever she may do. When she told me that she liked my best bud, i have to admit i was crushed, and very sad. But then i thought to myself, she is my best friend and I would rather see her as my best friend and see her happy as the world can see her. So i gave up on the boy, that made me realize he is more like a brother than anything more. Few months later, she and my best bud went out. Not a one stinge of pain, went through me, because i see now how happy she is, and that makes me happy. Then her best friend liked my best bud. It hurt her and she and I became really close, because I was there for her. If her best friend was any kind of a friend she would have not liked my best bud. But time will heal all wounds. I am just so glad everyone is happy, and my best friend is the best, just for being her.......!!!!!! smith krista Tasha: You are my best friend. You have been there when I needed you the most. I met him at the end of the summer of 1993, and we became good friends, even tought we were 8 years apart. He understood me, he boosted my moral and last but not least, he showed me , every chance he got, that he cared about me. I worked for him an entire summer. And he was the best boss I ever had. Unfortunatly, he was to die that winter, in a tragic car crash right after christmas. Since that day, I have treasured the gift I got from him, his old computer.
